📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell beauty products to retailers, salons, and spas in Surabaya and Malang.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the beauty industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed sales goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our brand and products.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product launches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the beauty industry, preferably in Surabaya or Malang.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and haircare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
