📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop the retail sales team, providing coaching and mentoring to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is a plus.
