📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ad spend to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness and user engagement.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute data-driven advertising strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Ads Specialist or similar role, preferably in the fashion or outdoor industry.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
