As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our recruitment efforts and helping us build a talented and diverse team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate communication, and onboarding.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
