Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with malls, retailers, and local businesses in Bali.
• Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with Karofi Holding's growth objectives.
• Conduct market research to understand the retail landscape and customer preferences in Bali.
• Write and negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring they are beneficial for both parties.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build relationships and stay updated on market trends.
• Leverage social media and digital marketing tools to promote partnerships and engage with potential customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or partnership management.
• Proven track record of developing and managing successful partnerships in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of the retail landscape in Bali and the ability to build meaningful relationships with mall management, retailers, and local businesses.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
