📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of each department and position.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback and make hiring decisions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to improve the recruitment process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
