📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire plastics injection molding and tooling process for medical devices, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.,Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime and maximize output.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and production, to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.,Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and production staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Monitor and maintain equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.,Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in plastics injection molding and tooling.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including process specifications, standard operating procedures, and equipment manuals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in plastics injection molding and tooling processes, preferably in the medical devices industry.,Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 13485, and regulatory requirements for medical devices.,Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and achieving operational excellence.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in using CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools.,Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality control techniques.
