As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the payroll process for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the payroll process for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.,Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.,Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax forms, bank transfers, and employee statements.,Manage payroll software and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.,Provide payroll support and guidance to junior staff members.,Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.,Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with these changes.,Handle payroll queries and issues from employees and clients, providing timely and accurate information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, preferably in an international environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.,Proficiency in payroll software and systems, such as ADP, Paychex, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
