🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
