You will be based in Bangka Belitung, but will have the opportunity to travel to other regions in Southeast Asia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to expand our e-commerce footprint across Southeast Asia.
• Manage and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and government agencies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of trade initiatives.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cross-border commerce, international trade, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global trade regulations, e-commerce platforms, and logistics management.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful trade strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with trade management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
