📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.,Providing information about products and services.,Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Assisting with order processing and tracking.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.,Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met.,Participating in training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using computer and customer service software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,A friendly and approachable attitude.
