📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct field visits to collect overdue payments from customers.
• Use Bri Collection System to track and manage collection activities.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their financial needs and find suitable solutions.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve collection skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successful debt collection.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Bri Collection System or similar collection software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field visits.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations.
