📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile daily financial transactions using SAP and QuickBooks.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.
• Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide financial support to project teams, including cost tracking and financial analysis.
• Participate in financial audits and internal reviews as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
