Tech Zone Abadi is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Cilegon. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for use when needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Managing and maintaining the company's fleet of vehicles

Scheduling and coordinating vehicle usage and maintenance

Ensuring vehicles are in safe and proper working condition

Monitoring fuel consumption and expenses

Managing driver schedules and performance

Ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements

Reporting on fleet performance and recommending improvements

Managing relationships with third-party service providers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management

Knowledge of fleet management software and systems

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Fluency in Indonesian and English
