📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.,Develop and implement new menu items and seasonal specials.,Maintain food safety and quality standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations.,Optimize inventory and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and food quality.,Oversee kitchen operations, including staff training and performance evaluation.,Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.,Represent the restaurant at culinary events and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a high-volume restaurant setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent knowledge of food safety and quality standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
