Root Easy Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Coordinate with management to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.,Organize and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll and benefits.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
