📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and performance feedback.,Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and promotions.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation.
