📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions both in the office and remotely,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Coordinate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business goals,Provide feedback and support to employees to help them develop their skills,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work both in the office and remotely,Experience with training and development software is a plus,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for continuous learning and development
