📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Handle guest transactions, including check-in, check-out, and room charges.
  • Process payments and issue receipts accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash register, ensuring accurate records of all transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and front desk, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in managing cash flow and inventory, as needed.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with hotel regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fluency in English and local language (e.g., Indonesian).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid ID and clean criminal record.
