📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
