📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Train and mentor junior QC inspectors to ensure consistent quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control objectives are met.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QC inspection, with at least 2 years in a lead role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
