📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of restaurant managers and staff.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and conferences.
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management, food and beverage preparation, and health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
