📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare sales reports and presentations to management.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Sulawesi Selatan.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
