📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain food costs and inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and control food quality and safety.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
