📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and well-organized restaurant.,Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
