TMF Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our HR & Payroll Services team. This role is crucial for supporting our operations in the RDC Taiwan office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and payroll management, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service and results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee HR and payroll processes for the RDC Taiwan office.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.,Process payroll accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely payment to employees.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide HR consultancy and support to the management team.,Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and payroll services.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and English languages, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and Taiwan.,Proficient in using HR and payroll software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
