📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting decision-making processes.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective financial management.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
