📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information.,Manage inventory levels and restocking.,Ensure a clean and organized shopping environment.,Handle cash transactions and process returns.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints.,Train and mentor junior shop assistants.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Knowledge of cash handling and basic accounting principles.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.,High school diploma or equivalent.
