As a Barista, you’ll be the heart of our coffee operations, ensuring every cup is brewed to perfection and every customer leaves with a smile.

With multiple locations across Bali, you’ll have the opportunity to work in stunning settings and engage with diverse communities.

Daily, you’ll be behind the espresso machine, crafting specialty coffees using our state-of-the-art La Marzocco machines. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, ensuring our guests feel at home. This role is perfect for those who love coffee, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Brewing and preparing a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and premium equipment like La Marzocco machines.
• Maintaining a clean and well-organized café environment, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Providing excellent customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
• Assisting with cash handling and basic transactions.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Learning and applying new coffee brewing techniques and trends.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive work culture.
• Adhering to health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee.
• Basic knowledge of point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg (44 lbs) of equipment.
• Familiarity with using La Marzocco or similar espresso machines.
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
