📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and patient care coordination.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication administration to support patient care and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the medical team to optimize medication use and patient outcomes.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmacy leadership roles.
• Certification as a Registered Pharmacist (Apoteker Sertifikasi) or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse healthcare teams.
