📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Supervising field teams to ensure timely and quality completion of construction projects.
• Drafting and maintaining detailed construction plans and drawings using AutoCAD.
• Conducting site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure project goals are met.
• Preparing and submitting reports on project status, including progress reports, change orders, and final project documentation.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices on all construction sites.
• Training and mentoring junior team members to maintain high standards of work.
• Managing project budgets and ensuring all work is completed within allocated resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field supervision and CAD drafting, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software, with experience in creating detailed construction drawings and plans.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise and mentor a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
