📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest experience goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality results within specified deadlines.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate design and construction activities.
• Review and approve design concepts, materials, and finishes to ensure consistency with the hotel's luxurious aesthetic.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and best practices to drive innovation in hospitality design.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing interior design projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
• Strong understanding of hospitality design trends, materials, and finishes.
